If you are looking for an experienced construction industry arbitrator, please consider my services.

I started arbitrating cases for the American Arbitration Association in 1993. For more than 20 years I was on the AAA Construction Industry Arbitration Panel. I worked as a single arbitrator and on three-member panels, hearing and deciding a large variety of construction disputes.

Cases have involved public and private projects, and horizontal and vertical construction. I have arbitrated issues ranging from a claimed defective roofing system on multiple warehouses, to an underground sewer system for a large subdivision, to the flooring for a prep school gym, to the damages for a never-completed custom home. The sizes of the disputes have ranged from claims in excess of $50 million, down to a few thousand dollars (I arbitrated dozens of cases when the AAA administered disputes under the Massachusetts home improvement contractor statute).

I have also served as a mediator for construction disputes, and have the requisite mediator training and certification in Massachusetts.
