Claims and Disputes

's Profile Image

Not every issue gets resolved during the course of a construction project. The amount at stake may be too high, or project relationships and communications may have broken down, or an accident or catastrophe may have forced the parties into their respective bunkers. Whatever the reason, clients want to know that they can rely on experienced counsel to handle the matter.

Most construction industry disputes resolve before trial. In almost 35 years of practice, though, I have tried more than 100 cases to a final decision. The trials have been before juries, judges, sole arbitrators, arbitration panels, and court-appointed masters. This experience informs my advice, even for matters that will or should settle well before trial.

Please contact me to discuss your project issues and goals, so that I can put my experienced advocacy to work for you.
